Alternate Solution IV - Orthographic

This solution has nine evaporation chambers which use heating pad to evaporate the water.  The water starts in the top chamber closest to the battery, and then flows to the top chamber on the second tower, from there to the top chamber of the third tower.  The water then flows to the chamber below that, from there, the water continues in this pattern until it reaches the bottom chamber of the third tower.  The power used is stored in the batteries.  The batteries receive their energy form the photovoltaic cells.  A pump pushes the water through a carbon filter and to a removable separate storage tank. This separate storage tank can be placed inside the house for the convince of the users.  The tank has UV lights installed on the hinged lid.  This allows the water to sit for an extended time under the germicidal lights.
